Join storyteller Sheila Arnold at the teahouse for a fun and fascinating exploration of local history and its relevance to our lives today, with stories spanning the Civil War era, the Manhattan Project, and more. Blending entertainment and education, “More than One Story” shows us how we can carry complex stories into the future to make our community better.
Sheila has been featured at the National Storytelling Festival and is internationally renowned for her vivid historical stories and personal tales.

Cost: 10.00-20.00 sliding scale donation; includes tea service and scones. Tea will be a special blend for this event, of herbs from both the Southern Appalachian region as well as plants introduced to this region, blending past and present.
