The Illusion of Loneliness: Half-day Course

We often feel as if we are isolated individuals and suffer from loneliness, even when we are not alone. Longing to feel a sense of connection to others but instead sometimes feeling disconnected and separate from others. During this course through talks and practical meditations we’ll discover how this perception of ourselves as separate from others is an illusion, for in truth we are all naturally and profoundly interconnected. Learning to feel this connection will begin to reduce our sense of isolation, and allow a feeling of closeness and authentic love for others to naturally arise. Everyone Welcome.
