Rest and Restore Yoga Class

Recovery Yoga Class 10/5: will focus on grounding, breath work and listening to our inner guide.
Rest & Restore Yoga 10/12: Although we all sleep, often we don’t rest. This class will be all about going into deep rest with our body and mind.
Yoga for Healthcare Workers/EMS/Public Service 10/19: moves the body through movement, relieving stress, ending with a nice long savasana.
Cost: Sliding Scale donation to support teahouse nonprofit 5-10.00
