Remembering Dolly Parton: Drop-in craft and letter writing

We will have art supplies, notecards, stickers, etc.. in the living room area for you to create a letter, share a memory, or art in honor of the late Dolly Parton. She embodied the kindness and empathy the world needs more of and her impact has been felt by many. She is especially beloved here in Tennessee and we want to honor her legacy of positive impact far beyond her successful music career.
Dolly came from humble beginnings and showed us that it is possible to be wildly successful while staying grounded in community and consistency generous. Join us at the teahouse for sweet tea, writing, and art to celebrate her life and memory.
Take your letter or art home, or leave it on the fireplace mantel to share with the community this week. Let’s keep spreading kindness in East Tennessee and beyond!
Drop-in anytime we are open this next week.
Cost: Materials are out and for everyone’s use. You can support our nonprofit by purchasing a food or beverage or making a monetary donation at the tea counter. All are welcome regardless of ability to donate.
NOTE: The fireplace/mantel area is open for flowers, object, art, photos, letters, etc…in her memory.
