2026 Field and Forest Farm to Table (Serenity Knoll Farm)

October 17th 6:00pm at Serenity Knoll Farm in Jonesborough.

Our Farm to Table fundraiser to support the teahouse is back! Enjoy an evening of beautiful views, delicious food, and shared community. We will gather under the pavillion on top of the hill at Serenity Knoll with mountain/sunset views, enjoy live music and a four-course meal, celebrate local food and the fall season.

Menu includes:
Wild mushroom soup with salt cured egg yolk and hazelnut gremolata
Local salad greens with classic vinagrette and local cheese assortment
French Red-Wine Braised Pork Roast with fall harvest roast vegetables OR root vegetable puff pastry pot pie with rosemary and cheese cream sauce
Fall trifle dessert with pound cake, pear compote, caramel sea salt drizzle and fresh whipped cream

Complimentary 3 oz. wine pairings with each course.

Live Music with Bratfolk, Silent Auction baskets, and complimentary wine. Join us for our 2nd Farm to Table fundraiser at the beautiful Serenity Knoll farm: 542 Bacon Branch Road in Jonesborough.
