“I am a cottage bakery based in Erwin specializing in artisanal baked goods, including French macarons, profiteroles, cakes, and other specialty treats. I started baking when I was 15 and combined it with my passion for art to create treats that not only taste good, but look beautiful! I use high quality ingredients and every flavour, colour and design is always intentional and thoughtfully curated to create a delicious experience. I love to take inspiration from art, music and pop culture to create something that is fun and unique in flavour and appearance.”
