SUMMARY:Tea and Tai Chi
DESCRIPTION:Join the White Lotus crew on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays each month for the best Tea in Johnson City\, some heartfelt community\, and some relaxing yet invigorating movement arts to top it all off. We will meet at the Philosopher’s House for a tea of your choice\, then head out to the park (weather permitting) for Yang 24 (Beijing Style) Tai Chi. Our warmup will include some Qigong and exercises influenced by martial arts style like Bajiquan and Baguazhang. \nHow to register: Drop-in\, no registration needed. \nLocation: Meet at the teahouse at 10:30am\, then walk with us down to King Commons for Tai Chi time \nCost: Beverage or food purchase encouraged to support teahouse nonprofit. \nInstructor Contact: David Cable at pdcable@gmail.com \n
