She is currently co-leading research\, policy\, and organizing initiatives across Tennessee and in Knox County to strengthen tenant screening protections and advance policy solutions to housing instability. \nOver the past 15 years\, Siobhan has worked with state agencies\, universities\, and community organizations to translate research and lived experience into actionable practice and policy change. Her work includes coordinating multi-agency initiatives\, employing qualitative and quantitative research methods\, supporting housing advocacy campaigns\, and collaborating with community and public sector partners on strategy\, implementation\, evaluation\, and systems change.
